We are constantly innovating, using the latest CAD modelling and visualisation software. Our customers can see their ideas in real-time, explore concepts and make changes before crucial financial decisions need to be taken.
Accurate, precision welding, to the highest standards, using the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Our robotic cell offers fast, repeatable, consistent, welded parts, in aluminium, stainless and mild steel. Jig fixtures are manufactured in-house to maintain quality control and increase turnaround.
Investing in the latest technology keeps A-Tech at the forefront of innovation. Our Tube Laser can cut shapes in box section, tube, flat, angle, and channel up to 215mm wide x 8m long, in a wide range of materials, to an accuracy of 0.2mm. Parts that would have previously required extensive labour-intensive machining can be produced rapidly, at a fraction of the cost.
A-Tech offers a range of conventional fabrication methods in mild steel, stainless and aluminium. Our welding and assembly teams are experienced in all manufacturing and prototype building aspects.
Customers can make use of our extensive floor area, to set up and test new production lines or trial larger installations. Produced components can be stored on-site until required and our flexible floor space can also be used to warehouse our customer’s own inventory.
Our in-house turning and milling facility complement our fabrication capability. Prototype parts in both metal and polymer, can be turned around quickly and trialled on the premises to reduce lead times.
Keeping tight control of our in-house processes maintains product quality. Our press brake can handle folding jobs up to 3m long x 6mm thickness in a range of metals.
The ability to powder coat in-house truly makes A-Tech a one-stop shop. Our large volume, twin oven system, can accommodate components up to 4x3x3m. As well as coating our own products, the facility can also be used to coat components supplied by our customers.
Our system is flexible and can turn around coating jobs quickly, at short notice. We also offer a wet spraying service for large structures or when specifically required.
A-Tech offers a complete nationwide installation service. Our installation team will transport the goods to the site, fit and test the product, liaise with the customer, and offer onsite operational training and advice.
We comply with all HSE regulations and provide our customers with risk assessment and method statement documents prior to installation. We offer a full parts backup service on our equipment and can maintain & service your goods as required.
